Shipping Delivery
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Order delivery generally consists of two stages:
PROCESSING TIME
Processing includes order verification, preparation, quality checks, and packaging. Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within approximately 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time refers to the estimated time between dispatch from the applicable warehouse or fulfillment location and delivery to the destination.
USA & CANADA
Standard secured shipping and insurance:
Approximately 2–4 weeks when the item is in stock.
AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND
Standard secured shipping and insurance:
Approximately 2–4 weeks when the item is in stock.
U.K. & EUROPE
Standard secured shipping and insurance:
Approximately 2–4 weeks when the item is in stock.
OTHER COUNTRIES
Standard secured shipping and insurance:
Approximately 2–5 weeks when the item is in stock.
INSURED SHIPPING
If an insured shipment is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged, Weltansichtly may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution after sufficient supporting information is provided.
PRIORITY INSURED SHIPPING
Priority insured orders may receive priority handling. Actual transit times can still vary depending on order volume, destination, carrier conditions, customs processing, and other factors.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Some products may ship separately because inventory can be stored at different fulfillment locations. Separate parcels may therefore arrive at different times.
TRACKING
Tracking information may take several days to update after shipment. You may use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation or a compatible third-party tracking service.
DELAYS
International shipments can take longer than estimated because of customs processing, carrier disruptions, seasonal volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
CHANGES REQUEST
If you need to change an order, contact help@weltansichtly.com within 24 hours after placing it.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address, size, color, or other order details. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
